TRABAHO TO THE MAX

Kung kahapon sobrang wala ako sa mood mag-work dahil na rin siguro sa pagod at antok, ngayon sobrang ready na ako tapusin ang tambak kong trabaho haha! I'm done setting up "promotional table" for Summer Camp. Internal memo is ready to be send out for all the staff para i-update sila regarding the promotions and programs ng Club. Coordinated with Parents Magazine pra sa ads ng Summer Camp. Lapika, the person-incharge was so kind enough to extend deadline dahil nagka problema kami sa printing ng 4000 copies of inserts for the mag, it will takes us 3 days before it gets done (whew!) Salamat talaga or else me and the Marketing Manager will gets our butt kick by the GM kung hindi namin ma-meet ang deadline. Contacted IT Dept and bugged Rashmi to update membership rates on the website since we've been getting lot of calls. Nakakahiya na sabihin na "hindi po updated website namin" Emailed Rashmi Number 2 to help me with the Thumbay Logo and convert it to an illustrator file ver 8 or 9 (which i dont really have an idea kung ano yon? haha) so I can send it to one company whose helping us out marketing the Club as well..

Nagkaron na rin ako ng time i-promote ang Table Tennis at Snooker Club evening sa mga members namin. Kailangan nalang ayusin ang sched at siguraduhin nasa afternoon shift ako every Mondays and Wednesdays so I can personally take care of the event.

We have a meeting at 2:00pm today, tapos na rin ang Agenda at minutes ng meeting from last week (mahirap maging secretary at the same time! habang nagugulo na ang utak mo sa pag promote ng Club)...Buti na lang enjoy pa ako! I'm so looking forward to Summer Camp! sana mAdami kids mag join weeeh!
